All Day Macaroni & Cheese (Crock Pot)

Cook time: 6hrs. 10min.  - Servings 6   (I double recipe)


8 ounces elbow macaroni                                          2 eggs

4 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese                 1 tsp. salt

1 (12 fluid ounce) can evaporated milk                     1/2 tsp. pepper

1 1/2 cups milk


1.  In a large pot, cook macaroni in boiling water 10 min, or until al dente, and drain.

2. In a large bowl,  mix the cooked macaroni, 3 cups of the sharp cheddar cheese,evaporated milk, milk, eggs, salt, and pepper.  Transfer to a slow cooker that has been coated with non-stick cooking spray.  Sprinkle with the remaining 1 cup of shredded sharp cheese.

3. Cover, and cook on Low for 5 - 6 hrs, or until mixture is firm and golded around the edges.  Do not remove the cover or stir the mixture until the mixture has finished cooking.  Serve Warm

Spaghetti Bake


1 box of Spaghetti

3 Tbs Melted Butter

30 oz. Jar of Spaghetti Sauce

4 cups Mozzerella Cheese

1 1/2 lb. Hamburg or Sausage (used half and half)

Mix the following three together:

2/3  cup Parmesan Cheese

3 Eggs

1 1/2 cup Cottage Cheese (used small curd)


Drain spaghetti and toss in butter.  Then mix in the above mixture and spread in bottom of 13x9 dish.  Put hamburg over top then spaghetti sauce and finish with cheese.

Bake @ 350 for 30 to 45 minutes or until golden brown.  Let sit for 10 minutes before cutting.


Sausage Breakfast Casserole:


1 lb. Bob Evans Loose Sausage Brown & Crumble

8 Slices of bread (cubed)

12 Eggs

1 cup Milk

1 lb. Shredded Cheddar Cheese (Want extra flavor use Pepper Jack Cheese)


1. Spread sausage evenly on bottom of 13x9 baking dish (grease bottom)

2.  Add bread on top of sausage.

3.  Mix eggs and milk and pour over sausage and bread.


5.   Add cheese before baking.  Want extra flavor use Pepper Jack Cheese.

6.  Bake @ 350 for 45 minutes


 Crock Pot Lasagna

 1 lb. Hamburg

 1 lb. Sausage

 2 - Lg. jars of Ragu Chunky Garden Sauce

 1 - Lg. Ricotta Cheese

  4 cups mozzarella cheese

 1 - lg. container of Asiago Romaine Cheese

 **1 Lg. box of Lasagna noodles

Brown Meat and add sauce

Layer meat sauce, noodles and cheese, with last layer being sauce & top layer being cheese


Tip: Use a crockpot liner

Cook on high for 5 hours or on low for 8-10 hours.


Sonya Salad

Lettuce-Spinach (whatever you like)

Rice Noodles


Green Onions

Sliced Almonds


1/2 C Sugar

4 T Vinegar

2 tsp Salt


1/2 C Oil

Poppy Seeds


Taco Soup 

Brown 1-2 lbs Hamburg

Add 1 large onion chopped

1 large green pepper chopped

Then add:

1 can pinto beans

1 can kidney beans

1 can black beans

1 can diced tomatoes

2 cans shoe peg corn

2 cups water

1 dry pack hidden ranch dressing

1 dry pack taco seasoning

1 can green chiles

Optional: 1 can great northern beans


Stove Top Easy Brunch Casserole

2 Cups Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken in the Canister

2 Cups milk

1 Package (8 oz) Oscar Mayer bacon, cooked, crumbled

6 Eggs

1 Cup Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese

1/2 Tsp. Salt

Heat oven to 350

Mix all ingredients in large bowl

Spoon into greased 13x9 inch pan

Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until center is set


Buffalo Chicken Dip

2 - 8 oz Fat Free Cream Cheese

1 cup Ranch Dressing

1/3 cup Hot Sauce (more if you want hotter)

2-1 1/2 cups Cheddar Cheese

2 cups Chopped Chicken, cooked

Heat all in crockpot


Crock Pot Potato Soup 

5 lbs potatoes (chopped in cubes) 

3 - 14 oz cans chicken broth

1 - can cream of chicken soup

1 - 8 oz cream cheese (softened)

1 - medium onion (chopped fine)

2 - sections of celery (chopped fine)

Mix - cream cheese, broth, cream of chicken soup in crock pot

Add - onion, celery, and potatoes

Cook 8-10 hours on low

Optional toppings - Scallions, Cheddar cheese, Bacon, Sour cream

Angel Food Cake Dessert

1-2 large or small Angle Food Cakes

8 oz Cream Cheese Super Soft

16 oz Sour Cream

Cream together cream cheese and sour cream

Mix in 16 oz Cool Whip

Fold in Cake

Put in 9x13 cake pan

2 Cherry Pie Filling - Pour over top and refrigerate

Crockpot Morning Casserole

1 - 32 oz bag frozen hash brown potatoes

1 lb bacon diced, cooked and drained or 1 lb cooked ham, cubed

1 medium diced onion

1 green bell pepper diced

1 1/2 Cup shredded cheddar or monterey jack cheese

1 dozen eggs

1 Cup milk

1 tsp. salt

1 tsp. pepper (more or less to taste)

Start this the night before and a unique breakfast will be ready for you in the morning.

Place a layer of frozen potatoes on the bottom of the slow cooker, followed by a layer of bacon then onions, green peppers and cheese.  Repeat the layering process two or three more times, ending with a layer of cheese.  Beat the eggs, milk, salt and pepper together.  Pour over the crockpot mixture, cover and turn on low.  Cook for 10-12 hours.
